On Day 15 we were in Georgetown for a second day and took the opportunity to walk around the picturesque little town. There were beautiful public gardens, and historic buildings like the post office, court house, and the King’s Playhouse. The location on the waterfront provides lots of opportunities for wildlife-watching and we spotted a blue heron!
For the rest of the day we stayed in at our Airbnb until it was time for dinner. We went to the Wheelhouse again and it did not disappoint. This time we sat at the bar and had more oysters, the scallop and watermelon crudo, the pork belly and scallop duo, and the seafood linguine. We also sampled some cocktails and they were refreshing and delicious.
All in all it was a relaxing day as we prepared to head to Montague and Charlottetown the next day!
